From Water to Wine (FWTW) was founded by Charlene Carr in 2018 with the goal of providing a supportive community for women seeking to authentically grow in their faith and life. The name "From Water to Wine" comes from the first miracle of Jesus in Cana of Galilee (John 2:1-11), and reminds us of the transformations and miracles that can occur in our lives every day.

We aim to create meaningful and uplifting experiences for women who want to connect with others on a similar journey. Our mission is to foster a safe and welcoming environment where women can openly share their stories, deepen their faith, and create lasting relationships with like-minded individuals over a glass of wine.

Our vision is for FWTW to serve as a peaceful retreat for women seeking growth and community outside of the traditional religious setting, where they can be accepted and embraced for who they are, without judgement.

Faith is the foundation of our community, and we believe in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. However, regardless of your current relationship with God or religious background, we welcome and support all women on their walk with God

At FWTW, our focus is on relationship building. We provide opportunities for women to connect with each other, foster personal growth, and strengthen their relationship with Christ. Our aim is to create a supportive community where women can grow and thrive in their faith and in life

Wife. Mother. Sister. Friend. Believer.

Like you, I hold many titles, but being a believer in Christ has shaped my life the most. Having Christ as my foundation has allowed me to show up in all my other roles in ways I never imagined. When I look at my life, both past and present, I can see God’s fingerprints in every area.

But you know what else has carried me through? Community. Having friends who covered me in prayer, spoke life over me, and encouraged me when I felt like I had nothing left.

That’s my hope for you and this community: that as you join our gatherings and step into these spaces, you’ll feel seen, lifted up, and encouraged by the women in the room, the presence of the Holy Spirit, and honest, authentic conversations about faith.

I can’t wait to meet you.
